Pre-printed or Distortion printed vacuum formings - whether you want a small Union Jack novelty hat or a life size full colour dog, we have the know how to make it. We calculate the stretch and movement of the material during the forming process and produce a distorted image that stretches into the correct image as the shape is formed.

Screen printed or digitally printed images can be used, but the ink must stretch with the plastic. UV curing inks aren't suitable.
